Want to enjoy a workout more than once? Simply copy it over to another day and rock on!

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ On desktop: Head over to your Training Plan and hover over the workout youโ€™d like to copy. 3 new buttons will magically appear, select the middle button (๐Ÿ“‹) that says โ€˜Copyโ€™.

From here, youโ€™ll be shown a pop-up with a drop-down calendar option. After selecting the day click the 'Copy' button at the bottom of the pop-up.

๐Ÿ“ฑ On cell phone/tablet: Head over to your Training Plan and locate the workout youโ€™d like to copy. Of the 3 buttons, select the middle option (๐Ÿ“‹) to โ€˜Copyโ€™.

From here, youโ€™ll be shown a pop-up with a drop-down calendar option . After selecting the day tap the 'Copy' button at the bottom of the pop-up.

Remember! This will replace any existing workout in that slot.
