๐ฅ๏ธ On desktop: Head over to your Training Plan and hover over the workout youโd like to copy. 3 new buttons will magically appear, select the middle button (๐) that says โCopyโ.
From here, youโll be shown a pop-up with a drop-down calendar option. After selecting the day click the 'Copy' button at the bottom of the pop-up.
๐ฑ On cell phone/tablet: Head over to your Training Plan and locate the workout youโd like to copy. Of the 3 buttons, select the middle option (๐) to โCopyโ.
From here, youโll be shown a pop-up with a drop-down calendar option . After selecting the day tap the 'Copy' button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Remember! This will replace any existing workout in that slot.
