π₯οΈ On desktop: Click on the 'My Progress' tab on the left side of the page. Optionally, + Add your Weight, Waist Size, and Body Fat Percentage. Then, click 'π + Set Goal' to create a new goal!
If you'd like to track something else, click '+ Track something else' at the top of the page. Name what it is you'd like to track, some ideas could be:
Maximum bench press weight βοΈ
Maximum squat repetitions in 60 seconds β±οΈ
Bicep size πͺ
Fastest 5km run time πββοΈ
then click 'Add' and select your desired measurement.
Be sure to track your progress regularly by clicking + Add whenever a new measurement is taken.
