๐ฅ๏ธ On desktop: Click on the 'My Progress' tab on the left side of the page. Optionally, + Add your Weight, Waist Size, and Body Fat Percentage. Then, click '๐ + Set Goal' to create a new goal!
If you'd like to track something else, click '+ Track something else' at the top of the page. Name what it is you'd like to track, some ideas could be:
Maximum bench press weight โ๏ธ
Maximum squat repetitions in 60 seconds โฑ๏ธ
Bicep size ๐ช
Fastest 5km run time ๐โโ๏ธ
then click 'Add' and select your desired measurement.
Be sure to track your progress regularly by clicking + Add whenever a new measurement is taken.
